The antique full-size car produced by the American automaker Dodge, it's a seriously remarkable example as its ages, Dodge Deluxe 4-door sedan released in 1940 offered for sale on Craigslist about five days ago. A true barn find 1940 Dodge 4 dr. Sat in a heated warehouse for about 50 years.
This car is not restored but in original stock condition. 100% rust and dent free.
Paint was refreshed about 25 years ago.
Original interior is in good condition some staining on head liner.
Previous to me a 1 family owned car.
From sitting most of the rubber went bad.
I had the door weather strip replaced along with heater hoses, rad hoses and brake lines.
Using OEM parts.
At this time a complete brake job was done along with new period correct tires.
Exhaust was replaced front to back. Car drives straight as an arrow. No shakes, rattles, wobbles or pulls while driving or braking. Car located in Vancouver B.C. Canada asking $13,000 US.
