Offered as a mid-size segment in the US market, it's a coupé version of the 300CE derived from the E-Class chassis powered by a 3.0L Inline-6 gas engine fitted with automatic transmission has been driven about 91250 miles, no words mechanical issues, at 34 years old this machine still runs and drives perfectly.
This red coupe with black-colored interior presents rather well, both inside and out, from the photos, and not many photos provide so we’re not able to see much that would be considered a pristine breaker. Even though not all angles are presented in photos and the owner doesn’t go into much detail, as we can see the interior looks quite clean and tidy, like the dashboard wood trim and carpets are too good for the age, which is the sign of rarely used.
The W124 is one of the favorite cars for many vintage car lovers out there. It would be a good deal offer as long as it's really a nice example, the potential is there. If you're interested closer inspection is a must.

Extremely nice 1989 Mercedes-Benz 300CE. Runs drives well, shifts, and stops perfectly. Beautiful inside and out. Black leather and signal red. Fresh tune-up, new alternator, cam and rocker upgrade, good Michelin. 91250 miles. Outstanding car and a joy to drive. If you know about the W124 you understand.
