Very Rare, 1989 Acura Legend Coupe
A Japanese luxury car offered by Honda under the Acura brand for US and Canadian users in the middle 80s to 90s called "Legend" is a pretty rare car today, especially for the 2-door coupe body style. As shown here is a 1989 model that could be a remarkable sample for its model with some minus but not a major issue, so don’t let this minor impediment stop you, because the Legend could prove to be the perfect ride for a nice daily driver car. Now it is offered on Craigslist for $3900 in Long Beach.According to data was written in its Ads, it's an original first generation Acura Legend released in 1989 VIN: JH4KA3260KC014442 powered by a 2.7 L V6 engine with 4-speed automatic, is said to still in excellent condition overall and was driven about 170000 miles from new, his whole life was spent in California.

I want buyers to know what they are getting. Here is the good, the bad, and the ugly.
THE GOOD
− Engine pulls strong.
− Transmission shifts smoothly.
− Car runs smoothly.
− All the power stuff works: mirrors, windows, sunroof, etc.
− Body is very straight.
− Paint shines like a fire engine (except mild discoloration on rear bumper).
− 25 years of maintenance records available.
− California registration paid through June 2016.
− Always a California, rust-free car
− Never smoked in.
THE BAD
− Brakes work fine but no ABS. ABS deactivated when modulator failed. Dealer wants $700 for a new one but should be available from wholesaler or junkyard for less. Most cars this age don't have ABS anyway.
− Rearview mirror is loose.
− Right rear shock absorber works but makes noise over rough pavement.
− A few small rattles from the cabin, but rather few in keeping with Acura build quality.
THE UGLY (see pics for details).
− Some chips on hood
− Two scratches on front bumper
− Front seat has a tear at seam.
− Some drying of leather in rear headrests but no splitting of leather.
Red and tan is a great color combination still turns heads despite its age.
