1980 Ford Pierce C-900 Fire Truck
Here's American fire truck was made by Pierce based on 1980 Ford C-900 truck, is Craigslist find already a month have not found a buyer. Yes this a classic fire truck all still in complete and good condition has original low miles looking for a new owner. The C-900 is a medium-duty cab-over engine (COE) truck also known as the Ford C-Series it widely used as local delivery, and fire apparatus. In production nearly unchanged for 33 years, the C-Series was one of the longest-produced commercial truck in North America after Mack R Model (39 years) and Kenworth W900 (since 1961 still in production today, almost 55 years).The pics as confirm, the body frame looks great and straight with original livery. Interior looks okay with black color hope everything work well also. It has 8 cylinders gas-engine with automatic transmission unfortunately no photos to consider how look, you must see if seriously want. Overall is an original American classic fire truck ready on trade today, location in Eastern Ohio.

1980 FORD C-900 CAB OVER WITH PIERCE FIRE TRUCK CONVERSION. Custom cab option. Cab tilts and comes equipped with heavy duty tilt springs. Less than 13,000 actual miles! 153 in. wheelbase. Just taken out of sevice from a small village. Was bought new by the village in 1981. Was their first truck out for calls. Has the tried and true Ford 534 V-8 gas engine with the dependable Allison automatic transmission. Air brakes. Closed 3 person cab with full width bench seat. Twin batteries with dual solenoids and starting systems. Dual self retracting hose reels with hose. All aluminum step boards. Aluminum hose bed. Comes with gas powered generator. Much aluminum and stainless. Chrome fender wheel well trim, air vents, grille and bumper along with front cab stainless band really sets off the deep red imron paint on this truck. West coast stainless mirrors. Air horns. Power steering. Lots of storage compartments. A high quality truck in its day. The Ford cabover C-series has proven itself in all aspects of the trucking world with this style lasting over 30 years.
