You won't find another one like it. This professionally converted dump truck (Oakland-based F.A.B. Manufacturing, still in business today), is a 1951 GMC 5 window, 10 wheel dump truck with a 26,000 lb. GVW. It's absolutely one of a kind.
This original patina truck is solid in and out, along with being completely functional. It is powered by GMC's 270 inline 6 and is backed by a heavy-duty 4 speed transmission followed by their heavy-duty 3 speed "Brownie Box". The truck houses a 2 speed rear-end along with a "tag" axle holding the 18 ft dump bed, which is in great condition. This truck would make a great workhorse or car carrier for someone.
